The Black Economic Union presents one of the foremost educational authorities on education, Mr. Carl Boyd, as the Program Director of The Black Economic Youth Coalition (BEYC). BEYC is not a new organization. Representatives from existing groups are invited to take advantage of a Financial Literacy program that would otherwise be costly.
