She is the founder and CEO of Vanntastic Solutions where she serves as an Executive Wellness Coach helping women weed through their frustrations so they can experience happiness, success, and freedom in life while transforming their mindset to reach their big goals faster than they ever thought possible. Dr. Vann also serves as President and Founder of Sistahs Can We Talk a non-profit organization that helps women connect to the resource they need to maintain and build healthy habits.
She is the author of the two books, Stop the Merry-go-Round I Want to Get off and Help Along the Journey. Michelle is a well-respected and sought-after speaker, teacher and presenter. Dr. Vann has received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Liberal Studies with an Emphasis in History, and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling. Dr. Vann is on staff at Friends University and an Adjunct Professor at Tabor College. She has a weekly radio show on KSUN radio which can be heard on 95.9 locally or on the Intune app. You can also connect with her on her daily blog Sistah Talk. In 2020 she will be launching the Healthy Girls Rock Podcast.
Dr. Vann has a passion for Pastor’s Wives and the struggles they face as they transverse the world in which they are called. She also digs heavy in the world of Wellness helping women gain wholeness in their mind, body and spirit while building their personal worth.
She and her husband, William, of 29 years are the owners of BaM Group specializing in Residential Property Management and Business Development. William and Michelle have two adult children Brandon and Brianna
