Investing into the future of our children in urban communities is detrimental to their futures. Tiffany Berry sits down with Kia Croom, Trina Fletcher and Kendra Allen. These women all have a part in the “National Society of Black Engineers” and the “Summer Engineering Experience for Kids”. They explain the passion they have behind their work and share experiences they’ve shared with the children they’ve helped. March 29th – April 2nd 2017 they are bringing 11,000 black engineers to Kansas City so this is something you don’t want to miss. If you have children who are active or curious then you may want to think about enrolling them into these programs. Press play and take a listen.
