Serving in the role of President/CEO of the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission is both an honor and a privilege. After completing 37 years of police work (the last 6.5 years as Chief of Police for the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department and the Kansas City, Kansas Public School District) having the opportunity to work with the Crime Commission Board of Directors and the staff of the Commission is both exciting and rewarding. Each day the Crime Commission strives to make a significant improvement in Kansas City by advocating, developing strategies, and operating innovative programs that bring the people of Kansas City and our public safety agencies together to power a safer, better Greater Kansas City Community.
