Melissa Robinson Representative of the KCPS School Board, updates CMG on their current agenda. The Superintendent Search has been boiled down to two finalists, Melissa Robinson. The final decision of the Superintendent Search will be made Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 5:30pm at Paseo High School. Enrollment for Kansas City Signature Schools has begun for more information visit www.kcpublicschools.org. The Master Plan to better utilize resources is in the works. KCPS School Board is looking to conduct school district boundary changes, school closures for schools not operating at capacity, as well as opening a year round school. Thoughts can be shared at community meetings, which are posted on www.kcpublicschools.org. Also, look out for the upcoming school board election, April 5, 2016.
