What’s Up with the connections, or lack of, between the US and Africa?

Category: Business

These connections become even more scarce between Africa and communities of color in the US. It is time to start a dialog between Africans, Africans in the diaspora, and communities of color in the US. These interactions will allow deeper understanding to develop, appreciation to grow, and opportunities for economic investment to emerge.

In this episode, What’s Up Worldwide welcomes our guests, Wasim Khan, CEO of Baraza African Cultures Center & CEO/Chief of International Business Development for Indigenous to Indigenous; James G. Maina, CEO, The School of Wisdom; and David K. Njenga, RFC, Global American Financial. These community leaders, both in the US and their home country of Kenya, give us a great introduction to things to understand as we move ahead in our building better and stronger connections.
